Privacy policy

Accessing this website (“Site”) constitutes your agreement to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access the Site.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. As such, you should check these Terms periodically. Changes will not apply to any orders we have already accepted unless the law requires otherwise. If you violate any of the terms of these Terms you will have your access canceled and you may be permanently banned from accessing the Site. If you access the Site after we have posted changes to these Terms, such access shall constitute your acceptance of those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them. At the bottom of this page, we will notify you of the date these Terms were last updated.

Shipping policy

With free shipping, your order will be delivered 5-8 days after all your items are available to ship, including pre-order items.

To place an order online, do the following:

1. Add at least $25 of eligible items to your Shopping Cart. Items with "FREE Shipping" messaging on the product detail page contribute to your free shipping order minimum.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Enter a U.S.-eligible delivery address.

• (Note that some items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may not be eligible for FREE shipping)

4.Select FREE Shipping as your shipping speed.

Refund policy

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of an Overstock.com error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on these factors:

• The time required for return shipping (up to 14 days)
• Product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days)
• Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days).

You will be notified via email with the details of the refund and we will issue the refund back to the form of payment used to make the purchase.
